Beginning May 1st, you can find TLC Studio at Goddard Park’s Farmers Market, every Friday from 9 AM-1 PM. We are partnering with E-Zone to share a booth ran by our Clients and Potters. These talented individuals will benefit from engaging in various job related tasks that will help them in developing abilities like providing great customer service, being professional, and doing tasks independently. These vocational skills will assist them in learning about being a responsible employee and exploring future career goals.
For sale, we will have our herb markers, traditional tableware, and new to 2020, small and medium planters. Mark your calendars for 5/1 and come out and meet these exceptionally motivated wonderful humans.
Meet Carmen R., our newest Production Potter. Carmen joined our little family in early 2020 and it's been nothing but laughs since then.
Carmen describes her interest in the Studio as "I like to paint, or should I say glaze. I like to shape the bowls with the rib and learn to be gentle. I am enjoying learning how to use the tools correctly. I like the steps. There isn’t anything I don’t like about it. I love it. I’m into art." Well Carmen, we are thrilled to have you here. Keep up the hard work and keep bringing us your spectacular spirit.
This year we will be celebrating six years of creative expression with a Retrospective Exhibition. This show's formal gallery opening, at Sprout CoWorking in Providence, will be held on Thursday, June 18th, in conjunction with Providence Gallery Night. A second opening will coincide with Warren Walk About at the Sprout CoWorking location in Warren, on Sunday, October 18th.
Mark your calendars, you wont want to miss this!
