Who doesn't love a little press!
We were thrilled to stumble upon this lovely article celebrating our Retrospective show. The Retrospective, celebrating 6 years of learning, laughing and accomplishment, hung at Sprout CoWorking in Warren, RI from October 25th - November 17th.
Through images and language, this exhibition showcased the individuals that have made TLC Studio a success. This show featured a historical tour of our Potters over the last 6 years and provided the viewer insight into what The Little Clay Studio means to them. It also featured a small holiday sale.
Mark your calendars for something a little different.

Please join TLC Studio this Saturday, August 8th from 11 AM - 6 PM at The Looff – East Providence’s Art Festival. This show is typically held across from the Carousel in Riverside and is one of the biggest and best on the East Bay. In 2020, as altered by COVID, the show is taking a different spin. The East Providence’s Art Counsel has organized a Traveling Studio Tour. From Rumford to Riverside, Artists and Makers will be setting up and displaying their talents in a new and exciting way. The Little Clay Studio will be setting up at 33 Poplar Avenue, in Riverside RI and showcasing the best the Potters have to offer.
In keeping with the Jessica's tradition of ‘go big or go home,’ we have partnered with several local Artists to bring you a trifecta of creative experiences. Local painter and creative talent, Waylan Tucker and musical talents Phil and Jet Mullen, affectionately known as The Egg and Daughter Night Duo. Tucker's work captures life's everyday obscure moments, however his talent at documenting them results in an image you'll want to fall into and savor. The Egg and Daughter Night Duo will bring you a bright father-daughter company whose sweet innocence and smooth sound will soothe your soul and likely inspire you to get up and move. You might recognize Phil from local RI band Reminisce. Musical showcase is set for 3-6.
Come early and do some shopping, then find a comfortable spot and stay for the music. All are welcome. Social distancing guidelines will be followed. (Bathrooms are not available). If you so choose, it is BYOB and BYOC (chair). We would absolutely love to have you.
This show runs in conjunction with the East Providence Annual Art Festival's The Looff.
