​Rich has been involved with ReFocus, wearing various hats, since 1995.  In 2018, he began assisting, a couple of hours per week, in the Studio by preparing the clay blanks the potters use to make every piece of TLC Studio tableware.  Rich says, “This is a relaxing way to begin my day.  It helps me get in the right mindscape to give them (the clients I will work with) my best self.  Pottery gives them a great opportunity to do something they might not be able to do otherwise.  Ronald, as an example, has blossomed since joining the Studio.”   
 
When he isn’t in the Studio or working at the Agency, Rich is managing his tree farm and permaculture orchard in Foster, Rhode Island.
